So I have finally jumped into the RF2 bath with both feet and I am moerse impressed as we say here.

The FFB is awsome and the feel of the cars is great. I have also just started the download for the URD GTE series after trying out the Vette which is brilliant!

The sound is awsome and the car is a pleasure to drive.

Anyway, the main reason I jumped in is because the new season of VEC starts in October, and for those of you that do not know it, they run a pukka endurance series, from two hours races right through to the mighty 24 Hour Du Mans, with driver swaps and all the bells and whistles.

So what chance any of you are interested in entering a team for this upcoming season? Races are Saturdays, pretty much the first Saturday of the month and times are based on CET, which I know is more suitable to me and may be a pain for those of you on the wrong side of the Atlantic, but hey, to enter the KING of all races and finish is the aim.

Heres the link to VEC's announcement http://rf2vec.net/index.php?threads/sea ... ement.247/

I think teams can be anywhere between 2 and 5 drivers or something and must include a team manager who does NOT drive was also required in previous seasons. Would love to enter a TUM team so if any of you chaps are keen, lemme know please.

Wow!! As interesting as that looks and sounds like serious fun I just don't see myself being able to commit to a season of races.

Just out of curiosity what would the start times be GMT?

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car. Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall.
BUT Torque is how far you take the wall with you!!

I know how you feel KJ.

I just saw that the times are basically early mornings your eastern or NY time, something like 08H00 or so. The races start late afternoon or mid afternoon GMT.
